Are Affiliates given a referral URL to give out?

No. There are NO referral URLs. All new users must be created via the back office of the referring Affiliate and that Affiliate must provide the log in details to the new user. Please note that the company does NOT email the new user log in details to the new user. They are only emailed to the referring affiliate. The company can only communicate with someone who has completed the creation of their user account and agreed to the Terms of Use of the account.
